In order to reduce waste of resources and materials our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order.

As a result it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Production can take up to 5 Business Days and items will be shipped following this. Given the nature of shipping and the fact that we are not Amazon, we ask that you allow up to 8 Business days for shipping itself. We would expect this period to be an exception rather than the rule but it is something over which we have limited control.

We keep our shipping rates as low as possible and do not include any profit aspect to them. So what you pay is what we are charged.
